An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is on its way to your delivery address.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

If we become aware of any issues affecting your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with the courier to help resolve the situation.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating lost or stolen packages can be. Once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is unfortunately outside of our control.
If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us at support@GlowVaultofficial.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim, as most carriers have procedures for investigating lost or stolen packages.
While GlowVault is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during transit, we will do everything we can to assist you in resolving the situation. In certain cases, we may offer a replacement depending on the circumstances.
If the package cannot be located, the courier may advise filing a police report.
