Cancellation Policy

Please note that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accommodate your request as the order may have already entered the processing phase.

If you cancel your order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great care when packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping.

An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to outer packaging during shipping (such as dented boxes) is not considered product damage if the product itself remains in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@glowvaultofficial.com and including a clear photo of the damage.

Once reviewed, we will determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost.

Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, GlowVault cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control. This includes delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other issues that may occur during transit.

If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

GlowVault is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we cannot guarantee a replacement shipment or refund.
